Order Processing
Orders shipping within the United States are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, promotions, severe weather, or unusually high volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $89 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges for orders below $89 are shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates, not guarantees. Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation containing the carrier and tracking number. Customers may also review order information in My Account or use our Shipment Tracking page with the order number and order email.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States, including California and the San Diego area. Availability and shipping methods are confirmed at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Address Changes and Returned Packages
Email timenergy@relish.fit immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or the package arrives damaged, contact timenergy@relish.fit with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier first, then contact us promptly. We will help investigate, but carrier delivery scans and claim rules may affect the available resolution.
